    • Please use English when using this service. Reports in languages other than English will be deleted.
    • Please check our comprehensive Documentation, and esspecially Goals and Scope.

    Before posting an issue

    • Please make sure you have the latest versions installed of ALL required Mods, that Includes CBA. Latest is available on Six Updater Suite.
    • Please make sure you only run 1 version of any mod you use. e.g. Multiple versions of CBA == bad! Only the latest version should be installed.
    • Try running the game without any additional mods / addons - Many times incompatible addons are the root-cause of issues
    • Once determined, we can further investigate / try to resolve the issue.
    • We encountered some reports of genuine Arma2 bugs, that are not ACE specific, they should be reported at the Arma 2 CIT.
    • Make sure your official Addons folder does only contain BI addons. BI pbo files are stored in the 'ADDONS' folder of your Arma2 main directory ONLY. Additional content/addons/mods use the modfolder principle. (Additional read: BIKI "Addons")
    • If you have a bug concerning the ACEX PLA mod, use the ACEX-PLA issue tracker.
    • Please make sure the bug is NOT in our tracker already, if it is, please use the existing ticket.
    • Please make sure the bug you are going to report is NOT caused by a mission you played (Reproduce the situation in the editor). If you cannot make sure it was caused by a mission but you assume so, make sure to tell us the mission you have played when the bug appeared, when you report.

    After posting an issue

Please keep track of the ticket and responses. There could be requests for more details or repro mission,

or workarounds / fixes could be offered which you could try out.

The issue tracker supports sending e-mails on ticket update.

    How to report issues

    1. Please register an account at Dev-Heaven (right up, register) (You need to activate your account by confirmation email)
    2. Then, please use our integrated Issue Tracker (Attach logfiles, ArmA2.rpt, details)

You can reduce developers spending precious time on fixing issues by following these steps:

    General

    • Please do not set priority, target version or assign issues. Only our dev-team will do that.
    • Short and descriptive topics and issue description
o Express opinions or do discussions at the Threads and link them in the ticket
